Charter Member:

Incorporators and other Full Members
Requires contribution of $100.00 or more to the Corporation
Payment of Annual Dues
Payment of Application Fee
Accepted by the marjority of the standing Charter Members
Charter Members shall each have one (1) vote with regards to the election of the Board of Directors and any action requiring the vote of the Membership
Other privileges and rights pursuant to the Bylaws
Charler members may be elected to the Board of Directors

Full Member:

Any Associate Member dedicated to the purposes and mission of the Corporation
Requires financial contribution to the Corporation
Acceptance of an application by the Board of Directors
Payment of Annual Dues
Payment of Application Fee
Qualifies according to eligibility requirements
Full Member shall each have one (1) vote with regards to the election of the Board of Directors and any action requiring the vote of the Membership
Full members may be elected to the Board of Directors

Associate Member:

Is dedicated to the purposes and mission of the Corporation
Acceptance of an application by the Board of Directors
Payment of Annual Dues
Payment of Application Fee
Qualifies according to the eligibility requirements
Associate Members shall have one (1) vote each with regards to any action requiring the vote of the Membership and shall have no vote with regards to the election of the Board of Directors
Associate members may not be elected to the Board of Directors

Sponsoring Members and Honorary Members:

Sponsoring Members shall be any corporate business, entity, and/or individual which contributes a financial contribution to the Corporation in the amount set from time to time by the Board of Directors towards the projects and/or activities of the Corporation consistent with the mission and purpose of the Corporation and qualifies according to the eligibility requirements
Honorary Members shall be any individual or entity who by their contribution of any kind to the Corporation is admitted as a member of the Corporation
Sponsoring Members (except if elected to the Board of Directors) and Honorary Members shall have non-voting privileges, except as may be specifically granted by the Board of Directors from time to time
Sponsoring Members may be elected to the Board of Directors

Dive Club Members:

The Dive Club is dedicated to the purposes and mission of the Corporation
All members of said Dive Club shall have the same rights (including voting rights) as an Associate Member.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to change any part of this document pursuant to the Bylaws of the Corporation.
